Fill-Up/Circulating Tools
As the number of technically-challenging high angle and horizontal wells continues to grow, getting casing to the bottom is becoming increasingly difficult. Our TAM™ Casing Circulating Packers (fill-up tools) require minimal rig-up time and each unit adapts for top and non-top drive rigs and can run a full range of casing sizes and weights. The device converts quickly, safely and repeatedly to the circulating mode if the casing has difficulty reaching the bottom.

Pickup/Laydown Services
Tubular Services provides versatile pick-up and laydown machines to transport pipe between the rack and the rig floor on onshore drilling and workover rigs. These units accommodate drill pipe, drill collars and casing and offer specially coated troughs and attachments for handling CRA materials.

Hydraulic Tubing Tongs
Tubular Services offers the industry's highest quality hydraulic tubing tongs and handling equipment, including the Clincher Chromemaster System. This premium tool for make-up and breakout operations is designed to prevent the jaw from slipping on the tubular that is being rotated, thus preventing marking or damage. Other product offerings include the finest dual string running equipment.

Deepwater Sliding Spider/Elevator
When multiple control lines are required, Allis-Chalmers' Deepwater Sliding Spider/Elevator and Multi-line Gathering System helps reduce operator time and provide flexibility for handling deep-water completions. Once the elevator is connected and engaged, the spider may be moved off the hole hydraulically. A control arm, fitted with a job specific nylon roller cut exactly to the clamp pattern, moves the umbilical onto the pipe to match the clamp configuration for fast installation. The spider provides a 21" opening in the retracted position. Both the spider and the elevator have motion compensation devices on the slip backs, allowing for safe operation in up to a 4-degree list of the rig.

Torque-Turn Services
Tubular Services' Connection Technology™ C/T 3000 Computerized Torque Control System is among the latest torque-turn technologies. The CT/3000 features two 16-bit processors, a data collection process and a tong-mounted processor that work in tandem to achieve multi-tasking control. The system's electronic dump valve shuts the tongs down at precisely the optimum torque. Torque information is stored on the computer's hard drive and can be downloaded for easy access.
